Return Policy

At Southside Western & Outdoor Wear, we do understand sometimes returns are necessary.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund within 60 days of delivery. To help us process your return in a timely manner please follow the Return Policy as outlined below.

Return Policy

  • Product must not show ANY evidence of wear and must be returned with its original tags. To ensure your boots do not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on a carpeted area until you are sure they fit properly. AVOID ANY KIND OF HARD FLOORING AS IT MAY SCUFF THE SOLES OF THE BOOTS.

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of date received.

  • Print and complete our Return Form. Returns lacking a RETURN FORM will not be accepted by our return department and will be returned to the customer.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. We recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package. We also recommend you insure the package as Southside Western & Outdoor Wear is not liable for any lost or damaged packages in return shipping.

  • Products must be in the original packaging (ex. Boot Box), and place it in the original shipping box or shipping bag. Boot boxes may not be returned damaged or with tape or any shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.

  • Please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed from the time your item has been received in our warehouse. As soon as the item is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please be aware that some financial institutions are slow to report the refund on your credit or debit card.

  • If purchased from a store or event we can only refund the original form of payment with original sales receipt. Cash will be refunded with a check. We apologize for any inconveniences. Any returns received without a receipt will NOT be processed and will be returned to the customer.

  • If you purchase online and wish to return in store you may do so however, you must take a printed copy of your order to the store with your merchandise. Request for product exchanges are done immediately in the store. Returns seeking a refund are accepted in store, but refund processing is completed by Southside Western & Outdoor Wear Customer Service Department and may take up to 4 weeks.

  • All clearance and sale items are non-refundable.
